The Second Cubico- built on an urban property zoned for an Accessory Dwelling unit (ADU) in the City of Kelowna. Our client Candace and Devon wanted to add revenue to their property and given the existing infrastructure, they decided to better utilize their land and put their backyard to work!  Cubico was a quick, energy efficient and non-disruptive solution. A bonus was the modular nature of the home which meant they could easily relocate or reposition on their property if they decides to re-develop in the future.
