The Riverdale CO4+ was built and installed in the Spring of 2018 in our hometown of Edmonton, Alberta. This CO4+ has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and an interior staircase from the main floor front entrance. The site built suite downstairs has its own entrance and features a full kitchen, one bedroom and one bathroom. Adding rental income to help supplement the cost of the build.

Even though our floor plans are fixed, we can design the site built lower level to customize to your site.
