The clients of this beautiful CO4 live in Calgary, Alberta but own an ocean view vacation property on Salt Spring Island, BC. They previously had a mobile home on their property, although unfortunately, it burnt down a number of years ago. Considering the location, costs of building traditionally and the beautiful views, they decided that a Cubico would be the ideal home for their property. Delivery of the home took place in the Spring of 2017 and was complete inside of a week once on site.

Perhaps our most efficient home, this home has two bedrooms, a living room, dining room, and full kitchen finished with a full 8,8m of floor to ceiling glass. Four shipping containers are stitched together to create a beautiful, spacious home with a footprint of 65,4 M²
