The first Cubico permitted in Ontario was installed on Webber Island in the fall of 2019. Our Ontario dealer partner, MC McLean Contracting, wanted to show the benefit of modular construction in a challenging and complex environment.

The typical timeframe for new construction in the area is roughly 2 years, while this project took 6 months from permits to occupancy. The total construction time onsite was done in less than 1 month.
